FirstNet is currently gathering statements of interest from area healthcare providers with a specific focus on physicians and hospitals. We invite qualified representatives of physician practices or hospitals in our designated counties to download the appropriate form, sign it and fax it back to us. Your signature in no way obligates you to FirstNet. There is absolutely no cost or risk. However, submitting your form does have two important benefits:

- Your form shows the state of Texas that you're aware of the importance of health information exchanges, which will allow our portion of Texas to qualify for development funds.
 
- Your form will automatically enter you in a drawing for a Kindle Fire tablet.
